When I was asked to sell a 30 foot steel yacht, I knew it had to be Dutch and sure enough, what is offered here is a very tidy Dutch designed but built in the UK, cruising cutter.

Due to her steel construction, the owner has gone to great lengths to minimise maintenance of high wear areas, hence, there is fair bit of stainless steel built in.

Granted, some of the navigation aids would now be considered dated but the rest of the yacht is spot on with a virtually unused genoa, new standing and running rigging, new windows, freshly and well painted and a fully rebuilt engine.

I initially thought the sharply angled coach roof sides would restrict heasd room below but not at all. The benefit of this design is that the coachroof windows allow you to see the rig as well as out to sea !

Altogther, this 30 footer is very neat and a credit to the owner.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
